RFO (Regularly Funded Organisation)

A term used by Arts Council England to describe organisations that they have agreed to fund on a regular basis.

Regional offices, Arts Council England

Your regional office of Arts Council England. They provide advice, information, training and funding to individuals and arts organisations within their region. Revenue

A term used in finance to describe money flowing through an organisation, which is spent on items that cannot be sold such as rent, utilities or salaries.

Ring-fenced

This term usually applies to money and means something that can only be used for a specified purpose.

Risk assessment

A written assessment carried out on both the venue where a project will take place and on the project itself, to outline any possible risks and how they will be avoided or minimised.
