The Arts Council have produced an information sheet on self evaluation for artists and organisations, which provides a useful definition of evaluation and suggest some methods and resources for self evaluation. The document also has a list of useful websites.

Although specifically aimed at arts education projects, much of the information provided can be adapted to suit other forms of project. The publication details reasoning behind evaluation and monitoring and provides useful ideas for evaluating specific events within a project.
