Young people from the Rotunda Youth and Community Centre worked with artist Bhajan Hunjan to design concrete wall panels illustrating issues that affect young people.
Slough Services for Young People set up an artist’s residency at The Rotunda Youth and CommunityCentre in Slough, offering young people the opportunity to work with an artist.
The concrete is coloured using a technique developed by the artist and made into large shaped tiles by young people involved in the project. The tiles form the shape of a rising phoenix on the side of the Youth and Community Centre.
