In the summer of 1998, Langley Environmental Arts Project held eight creative writing workshops led by poet Patrick Collins for residents of a local block of flats. The result was a collection of poems that looked at the experiences of people living in high rise accommodation. The collected poems became the publication Real Estate published by Corridor Press.

'Real Estate offers a wonderful wry glimpse into the experience of living in high rise accommodation in Slough. The book also demonstrates the importance of community publishing as a means of local expression and bringing people together through the arts.' - Andy Lee, Creative Arts Manager, Slough Borough Council.

The publication is available to buy priced £2.50. For more information please contact the Arts Development team on 01753 477176.
