We work with groups and individuals who are trying to find money to run community arts projects in Slough.
Whilst we do not provide funding ourselves, we can:

We run one-to-one sessions for individuals or groups who have an idea for an arts project. These provide an opportunity to discuss ideas and look at the steps needed to make the project a reality and the support we can provide along the way.

CATS is our free, four day practical course for running arts projects in the community. It is designed for anyone interested in running arts projects and covers: fundraising, marketing, allies and partners, working with professional artists, project planning, legal aspects and evaluation.
The course has attracted regional and national attention and is now also being run in other areas including Surrey, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

The arts network is a place for artists, creative businesses and people interested in the arts to make connections, exchange knowledge and develop ideas. Meetings take place monthly at the West Wing.
The meetings are open to anyone who has an interest in developing the arts in Slough. To join the Arts Network email artsinfo@slough.gov.uk
We support and encourage artists through linking them with partner organisations and work opportunities and by assisting them to develop their careers through training and networking. We also run training to assist artists in the development and marketing of their skills and creative practice.
